Our booster organization runs an outside cabana that sells canned beers and seltzers at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre. Volunteer positions are Cashiers, Runners, and Inventory Managers. Cashiers use handheld devices to process the sales transaction (cashless venue). Runners work with a cashier by pulling product for customers. Inventory Managers arrive early to set up the cabana, work with Legend’s staff to maintain inventory levels, and does a final inventory count. We need around 8 to 9 volunteers to be fully staffed at each concert. The Raider Band gets 5% of sales plus 100% of tips earned for each concert. Last year we earned around $32,000 for the band.

Ameris Bank Amphitheatre


This is a short, easy fundraiser that helps the band earn all the proceeds from parking sales. It only takes a few hours on the Friday nights of Home Games. You'll be in your seat in the stadium before the end of the first quarter!

Home Game Parking


Support our awesome AHS band members from the field level at the Raider's home and away football games or at our band competitions. Field Chaperones do NOT need a football ticket or ticket for competitions, as we walk into the stadium with the band. No experience needed! Just show up and help out where needed.

Football Game & Competition Chaperones


Please consider helping with feeding our students during all football games and away band competitions.  This is a fun and easy way to volunteer some time and ensure that our AHS students are taken care of prior to their performances.

Helping with Meals 


Uniform Volunteers

On Friday nights (and some Saturdays for competitions) our Marching Raiders need help getting into, and out of, their uniforms. Volunteering to help with uniforms is a great way to get to know 145 of your kid's friends. Time commitment is just an hour or so before a game, or 30 minutes after a game. This is an easy way to get involved, meet the band members, and help our kids look their best. Sign up to come!


Band Camp Chaperones

Support our awesome AHS band students during our marching band camp. This volunteer opportunity will provide support to any students who may need some TLC during our rehearsals. Volunteering for this position is mainly for the times that we are outside in the stadium.

Corporate Sponsorship Committee

Corporate Sponsorship Committee connects with local businesses to support the band program. We have great sponsor benefits and ways to promote businesses to the band community. There will be an orientation/training meeting and some follow up meetings to report progress, but most of this work can be accomplished on your ​own schedule. Help us help the kids! ​


Parents, prepare to WOW us with your favorite dish on Saturday, August 19th in the AHS Cafe - 4:30pm - 6:30pm.  This will be a wonderful opportunity to enjoy some food and fellowship in addition to learning more about our fall semester in band.  Please sign up in advance.
