Join the 2024 Alpharetta Band
The Alpharetta High School Band has a long-standing tradition of music and performance excellence. For decades the band program at Alpharetta has sustained a legacy where thousands of alumni musicians have had their lives changed under the direction of Alpharetta's Band's directors. The band has been awarded hundreds of championship trophies and has earned a reputation as being one of the "Best High School Marching Bands in the Country." AHS Raider Band is a Bands of America Regional Finalist and Regional Class Champion. From marching in the Chicago Festival of Lights Parade in Chicago, Illinois to gracing the prestigious concert stage at Carnegie Hall, the Alpharetta Band continues to be a rewarding and musically rich high school band experience for young musicians.
We look forward to having you join our family and continue the tradition of musical excellence as a member of the Alpharetta Band!
2024 Marching Program details
We are eager and excited for your student to join the 2024 edition of the Alpharetta Marching Band. Raider Band is one of the most well-known and decorated high school bands in the country. We have a "Tradition of Excellence" that is waiting for you!

AHS Band Kickoff
March 21st, 6:30PM
We invite you to attend our 2024/2025 AHS Band Kickoff Event held on Thursday, March 21st in the AHS Theater @ 6:30PM. This will be the first official act for students and parents looking to participate in the 2024 Alpharetta Band.
There will be an informational meeting to discuss the amazing opportunities for our students next year. This is always an exciting event for students and parents.
Who should attend:

Eighth-grade feeder students from Webb Bridge or Hopewell Middle Schools.
