We are still in need of Chaperones & Roadies for our next 2 home games vs. Chattahoochee on Friday, Oct 12th and vs. John's Creek on Friday, Oct 26th
If you are interested in volunteering as a Football Game or Competition Chaperone or roadie for home games or local competitions or as a truck driver or helper for local competitions please sign-up using the link below. It is a lot of fun and a great chance to see how the show is progressing (plus you get into the game for free!). Chaperones (Roadies don't have to) must register as a volunteer and complete the Fulton County Schools volunteer training (link below) before doing so (regardless if you have completed this in years past – everyone must do this in order to volunteer in the Fulton County School system in any way). We are also in need of both chaperones and roadies for all remaining home games as well as the White Columns Competition on Sat, Nov 3rd at Milton High School. The next two home games are on Friday, October 12th vs. Chattahoochee (Homecoming) and Friday, October 26th vs. John's Creek (Pink Out).

As discussed at the Potluck meeting, there are several proposed changes to the ABBA Bylaws. These are required to be reviewed at a general meeting of the membership (done at Potluck) and then voted on at a meeting of the general membership at a later date, currently set for Thurs, Nov 1st prior to the Cluster Concert. Please take a few minutes to review the proposed changes and, if interested, the Bylaws as a whole (containing the original text along with the proposed changes). These changes have been reviewed by an attorney and were approved by the board at a meeting on August 2nd. It is the boards recommendation that our general membership vote in favor of the proposed changes. If you have any questions please reach out to Bill Matthes via email email@example.com or feel free to discuss with any member of the board. To review the proposed changes click here. Thanks for your consideration, Bill Matthes, ABBA President
Thank you to the parents who email questions in to us - we appreciate the communication!
Parents, POINT OF CLARIFICATION: Please be sure to click on each calendar event to see if there is any embedded info about that event. Often times important details will be embedded. There are several Teacher Work Days and Teacher Professional Development Days on the year-long schedule that may state "Teachers Only." But if there is a performance on that day, we will most definitely still be meeting students that day and performing. If you click on an event and there is no info embedded - and you need more info, please email us and we'll be happy to clarify and provide. We do our best to communicate often and as clear as possible but like everyone else, fall short sometimes. Your questions are welcomed!
