2020 Band Camp Prep

We will not have final details until early July, but until then here are some things you should be doing in bullet points. 

• Fill in Dragonfly  www.dragonflymax.com  School Name: Alpharetta High School.   School code: 27KD2G
• Fill in ‘I’m with the Band’ https://forms.gle/Npsc1hytgwpf2zxb7
• Make June payment in ‘Charms’   ​www.charmsoffice.com
• Put the band camp dates in your calendar:
  • Week 1: July 20 – July 24, Week 2: July 27 – July 31
  • Time = 1pm – 10pm every day. 
  • One meal provided per day
• Sign up to volunteer at band camp https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0F45ADAD2CA1F85-band  

• General afternoon chaperone – indoors with a section of the band
• Afternoon First Aider – administers any first aid needed to whole band, will be based in band building (indoors)
• Meal volunteer – sets up, serves, and breaks down evening meal for the band
• Uniform volunteer – helps measure kids for uniforms
• General evening volunteer – outside on practice field or stadium with whole band
• Evening First Aider - outside on practice field or stadium with whole band
